Recommend what the surface genuinely needs. That includes recommending less work, different work, or no treatment at all when that is the correct answer.
Capabilities and limitations are stated plainly. A protection system that reduces staining is described as reducing staining — not as making a surface permanently impervious.

Quality
Professional results depend on proper assessment, preparation, application and maintenance. No product compensates for a skipped step in that sequence.
Quality is judged by how the surface performs over time, not by how it looks on the day the work is finished.

Accountability
Professionals are responsible for their recommendations, their workmanship and their communication.
That responsibility sits with a named individual. It is why certification is issued to a person, recorded against a unique certificate identifier, and open to verification by anyone.
Independence
Manufacturer-Neutral
NanoXperts education and certification should not exist simply to promote one manufacturer's coating system. Training built around a single product line teaches a catalogue; training built around surfaces teaches a profession.
Our curriculum covers protection technologies as categories — penetrating, film-forming and reactive systems — with their genuine strengths and limits. Certified specialists are expected to select what the surface requires and to disclose any commercial relationship that could be perceived to influence that choice.
