1Scope

These Directory Terms govern participation in and use of the NanoXperts Network, including:

  • Professional listings.
  • Certified profiles.
  • Non-certified service-provider profiles.
  • Search and map functions.
  • Customer inquiries.
  • Quote requests.
  • Certificate verification.
  • Project galleries.
  • Network badges.
  • Future membership and promotional features.

These Terms supplement the general Terms of Use. If they conflict regarding the Network, these Directory Terms control.

2Purpose of the Network

The NanoXperts Network helps:

  • Customers locate surface protection professionals.
  • Providers present their services.
  • Users distinguish certified individuals from non-certified providers.
  • The public verify NanoXperts certification.

The Network is an informational and connection platform. It is not the contractor, employer, agent, partner, franchise, guarantor, or insurer of listed providers.

3Provider Categories

3.1 NanoXperts Certified Surface Protection Specialist

This status applies only to an individual whose certification is active and verifiable.

Certified status may receive:

  • A visible certification badge.
  • Certificate verification.
  • Enhanced profile display.
  • Priority or preferred placement.
  • Additional profile features.
  • Other benefits determined by NanoXperts.

3.2 Surface Protection Service Provider

This describes a listed provider who has not earned the NanoXperts Certified Surface Protection Specialist certification, or whose status is not currently verified.

A non-certified profile must not imply certification.

NanoXperts may display language such as: “This provider is listed in the NanoXperts Network but has not earned NanoXperts Certified Surface Protection Specialist status.”

4Application and Eligibility

Providers must:

  • Be at least 18.
  • Provide accurate identity and business information.

  • Provide truthful service and location information.
  • Comply with these Terms.
  • Cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

NanoXperts may accept, reject, suspend, or remove any listing where permitted by law.

Listing acceptance does not constitute endorsement.

  • Company.
  • Contact details.

  • Services.
  • Certification information.
  • Licenses and insurance representations.

Providers must promptly correct inaccurate or outdated information.

NanoXperts may request documentation and may mark information as unverified where appropriate.

6Certification Representations

Providers may not:

  • Claim certification not earned.
  • Use another person’s certificate.
  • Display altered certificates.
  • Misstate certification status.
  • Present company-wide certification based on one individual.
  • Use suspended, revoked, or expired marks.
